CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order has been confirmed, it can't be modified.

Address and contact updates can be requested, but are not guaranteed. Please verify your information before you finalize your order.

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact our Customer Support with your order number to ask for a cancellation request. Cancellations are not guaranteed. 

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

You have up to 14 days upon delivery to return items purchased on helascaps.com.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

All orders are subject to review. The order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. Please check your spam inbox.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed Monday – Friday and shipped within 3 business days. Excluding the weekend.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Allow 48-72 business hours for your tracking information to update with an estimated delivery date.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. Orders shipped outside Europe are subject to non-refundable customs duties/taxes. 

Customers in the US have the option to order on us.helascaps.com and avoid any international custom clearance.

MY TRACKING STATES THAT MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED. BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Wait 48 hours after the stated delivery time for your package to show up. If your order hasn't been delivered, please contact store@helascaps.com.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

If your order was canceled, we advise you to contact your financial institution to ensure your information is up to date. Cancellations can also be affected by limited stock availability.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?

Helascaps.com and Stripe accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. 

Other payment methods will vary per region: Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL FIT?

In order to identify the best fit, please see the size guide in the specific product page. 

HOW LONG FOR A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT?

Our Team will respond within 24-72 hours. Excluding weekends.

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER. WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, it will be refunded upon delivery. We do not re-ship orders.

I PLACED MULTIPLE ORDERS, CAN I COMBINE THEM?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to combine shipments.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please send and email to store@helascaps.com within 24-48 hours after delivery. Attach detailed images of the product(s) in question along with the packing/invoice slip in the email.

CAN I RECEIVE FREE STICKERS?

Stickers are included in the orders, but are not guaranteed.
